What does it mean to turn your mess into your message??

After being diagnosed with lupus, Amy quickly realized that if she was going to have long-term health and success, she would need to make food that was both healthy and tasty.

With that in mind, she set out to create food that could be enjoyed by all. She measured the success of the product by her inflammatory reactions and finally came up with healthy and delicious alternatives to some of her favorite foods!
