Today, I am honored to introduce Sara Schulting-Kranz, a beloved friend, client, and soul-sister. Sara is a lover of the wild(erness), a trauma survivor, professional life and leadership coach, motivational speaker, and certified wilderness guide.
She specializes in helping those who have suffered hardship or trauma to find forgiveness and strength in their lives through one- on- one coaching and guided wilderness retreats in locations such as the Grand Canyon and the Pacific Rim.
A documentary of Sara’s healing journey in nature is currently in production, with an expected release date of fall 2021. Walk Through This: A Story of Starting Over was filmed in Black Earth, Wisconsin; Los Angeles, California; and with ten women in the Grand Canyon.
In this episode, Sara shares the
story of her forgiveness and healing + offers us a starting point
for those who have suffered setbacks or trauma. Plus, Sara speaks
about finding the courage to surrender, the importance of
vulnerability and the incredible healing power of
nature.
