What would our lives look like if we weren’t always working for our own worth?

In this week’s Focus Friday, and we are talking about something that always lands in my inbox and a topic I hear from others so often: worthiness.

At the end of the day, worthiness is an illusion. We are ALL worthy of our big dreams. Once we live in the abundant now, we recognize how worthiness is a faulty premise we build our lives upon.

Worthiness can keep us from greatness + the doubt that we feel about our own personal worth is what stops us on the trail to truly living.

In This Episode:

  • Worthiness is an illusion [ 2:15 ]

  • Our children are worthy of unconditional love [ 4:30 ]

  • Stop waging wars with ourselves [ 7:15 ]

  • What would our lives look like if we were not working for our worth? [ 8:50 ]

  • Permitting ourselves to pursue [ 11:20 ]

Soul Shifting Quotes:

  • “Take a leap, connect the dots, and add up the miraculous equation of a near-death experience.”

  • “There is nothing to prove here. Stop fighting the battle against yourself.”

  • “It’s in this place and this space where we can stop working for worthy and instead live into the fullness of who we really are.”

  • “I don’t have to work for love because I know how to love unconditionally.”

  • “Our fear is what makes us so much more alike than we are different.”

  • “Recognize that worthiness is simply an illusion, not the truth.”
