Today is all about how to minimize
overwhelm in five minutes or less. Step number one is to give
yourself the gift of a big open page. Now, it's time to do a brain
dump! Write down everything that is in your brain and everything
that you need to do. Now, look at the list and identify the top
three to four priorities. Lastly, review your calendar to align
with your priorities, remove anything extra from your schedule, and
commit to what's mission-critical. Tune in to understand how these
