Jereshia Hawk, is an income strategist, business coach, and preacher of Truth. She teaches service-based business owners how to sell effectively, serve impeccably, and finally create consistent income to crush it online.

Jereshia was a full-time corporate career leading multimillion-dollar engineering projects. Jereshia would go to meetings, and people assumed she was the assistant; it wasn’t uncommon for people to ask her to grab them coffee.

A mistake is a mistake, and that’s no problem, but this is part of a bigger picture. The lack of representation of women of color in leadership is APPALLING, and it’s a BIG part of the reason Jereshia is here doing this work today.

While still in corporate, Jereshia started her coaching business, and Jereshia got more and more clear on who she served, how she helps, and what the benefits were. After three months of consistent income and a serious conversation with God, Jereshia quit her job and stepped fully into her business.

Instead, Jereshia decides the experience she wants and works backward from that.
