On a scale of 1-10, how possible do you believe it is
for you to achieve your goals?
In this week’s Focus Friday, a few weeks since the 2019 Ignite Your Soul Summit and I’ve made some massive realizations.
The way we describe our goals (big, small, unrealistic, etc) will dictate how we reach them. By describing our goals as BIG, we are subconsciously not allowing ourselves to move closer to the possibility of their existence.
